At Ridgeway, we are all about Jesus, love and community. With brighter skies and warmer weather, we are thrilled to be able to get together to host a Summer full of activities that friends and family from all over the Borough can attend ☀️

About the event
Everyone, young or old is welcome to attend, to spend the day (or part of the day) tidying up the outside of the building. Even if you are unable to bend and weed yourself, we would love you to come to help the less informed of us know the difference between a flower and a weed and to share fellowship with us while we work.
If you have gardening gloves, trowels, pruners or any other tool you think might be useful, please bring it with you.
The church garden is a huge job so if people can take a 1 metre patch of the flower bed to weed and tidy up we can tackle the task together. Any hands make light work. There will be a light lunch available and drinks throughout the day.
Other tasks include:
- Remove grass and weeds between the paving slabs
- Litter pick the garden
- Tidy the notice board
